In this blog we are going to see about the differences between manual and automatic transmission.                          In manual transmission there will be three pedals clutch, brake and accelerator. In automatic transmission there will be two pedals brake and accelerator. In a manual transmission the drive want to press the clutch hardly and shift the gears. In manual transmission driver needs to use both his hands and legs to move the car smoothly. In a automatic transmission the driver is easy to drive because their is no need to change the gears.  Today in this blog we are going to see how to maintain a car during lockdown: During lockdown we can't go out so our cars will be parked in our home and we will not use cars. Here are some tips to maintain a car during lockdown: We have to start our cars daily or every two days to ensure that the car's battery is not down After starting the car then turn on ac and you can check ac at all fanspeed. Next turn on all lights in the car and check that every light is working  Next open the engine bay and check that if any rodents have damaged any parts. Disable handbrakes and put into first gear and keep a large stone under the wheels. If we enable handbrake for long time sometimes our wheel might get locked. If you have a car cover you can cover your car otherwise you can buy a car duster and clean the car daily. Clean your car's interior between three days. Rev your car gradually between 2500rpm to 3000 rpm.                                                           STAY SAFE,

HOW WE TURNED A VINTAGE CAR INTO A CONTEMPORARY CAR

HOW WE TURNED A VINTAGE CAR INTO A CONTEMPORARY CAR: This is a story of a Fiat1100D which was changed into a contemporary car from a vintage car. First let's have look at its exterior when it was a vintage car. Now let's have a look at it when it was changed to a contemporary car. What were the changes made? When it was a vintage car there was a lot of rust in the car so first we tinkered the whole body of car.   Tinkering process almost took 8 months. The next work is to change the gear lever from hand gear to bottom gear to install power steering After installing power steering, gear was changed to bottom gear. The next work is to fix AC. After fixing AC, the car was sent to painting shop. At the same time the seats of car were given for stitching. After coming from the paint shop all electrical works were done (audio system, headlight, cabin light) After finishing electrical works, new grill was fixed. New headlights, new bumpers and new ORVM (outside rear view mirror) were

A Little About Myself

Hi! I’m Ramachandran and I’m 13 years old (when I started this blog!). I’m a 9 th Standard student from Nagercoil, India. I love cars – ever since the first time I saw one (when I was 5!). When I finally got my hands on a smartphone, I watched almost every video on YouTube about cars and automobiles. You name it, I’ve watched it. From reviews to mechanics, car wash to DIY – just about sums up how crazy I am about cars. Since I am so kooky about cars, I decided I wanted to share my love for cars with you through this blog – TheKookyCarReviewer. In this blog, I will be reviewing cars out of my own interest. This is not professional advice, merely the opinions of a 13 year old . I hope to make review posts about vintage and contemporary cars. I will update you about what is happening in the Indian auto industry through this blog.
